How to Enable Word Wrap in Notepad++ to Prevent Horizontal Scrolling

I usually use Visual Studio Code, but I chose Notepad++ for some quick changes on a WordPress project I was working on. And, like many other editors, it didn’t have word wrap enabled by default, resulting in long lines with horizontal scrolling.

So, I decided to let you know how to prevent that.

How to Enable Word Wrap in Notepad++

This is very easy to do. A couple of clicks and you’re done.

1. In the menu bar, go to View;
2. Select Word wrap.

That’s it! A check mark will appear next to the option.
