I value your trust and am committed to delivering quality design services and digital products. To ensure clarity, I have outlined my refund policy below.

This refund policy aims to ensure fairness and transparency while safeguarding both your interests and mine. If you have any questions, I encourage you to reach out to me before making a purchase.

By purchasing my services or digital products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

2. Refund Policy: Web Design Services

Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of web design services, refunds cannot be offered in the same way as with standard products.

Each website I create requires a significant investment of time and effort to meet your specific needs. Additionally, I focus on one project at a time to ensure the highest quality for each client. This means I may lose potential clients if they prefer not to wait for me to complete my current project.

Thus, if I am not compensated for the time and effort I dedicate, it directly impacts my ability to maintain a steady income and continue providing quality services.

Thank you for understanding and valuing the dedication and time that go into creating your website.

2.1 It’s best to prevent a refund situation

Since refunds are not as easy to handle as with standard products, it’s best to avoid them. Therefore:

  • It’s important to make sure that you really want a website designed.
  • It’s important to feel that my services and type of work are right for you.
  • Trust is very important. If, for whatever reason, you don’t feel like you can fully trust my services and capabilities, it’s best that we don’t collaborate. No hard feelings.
  • Keep in mind that you have free revisions. If you don’t like something, it can be changed.
  • Please read and make sure that you understand and agree to the web design services terms.

2.2 Refund eligibility

Refunds are issued as follows:

  • Before the project commencement: If you request a refund before work begins on your project, I will issue a full refund of the amount paid minus any transaction/processing fee that might have been deducted from the initial payment, depending on the payment method.
  • Failure to Deliver: If I am unable to complete the project as agreed due to reasons within my control, a partial or full refund will be considered based on the extent of work completed. Deliverables will be provided for completed work.
  • Project cancellation: A partial refund may be issued, calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Deliverables will be provided for completed work.

2.3 Non-refundable situations

  • If the project is 75% or more completed.
  • After the project has been reviewed, approved, and delivered.
  • For issues that are beyond the scope of my services and my control, such as lack of technical knowledge, web hosting issues, incompatibility or issues with 3rd party plugins/apps/software, issues that arise after the project was delivered, and so on.
  • If you do not communicate with me for a period of 60 consecutive days during any part of the design process, I will honor my commitment to finish the project as long as I am able to and my services are in place, but there will be no refund issued.

2.4 Refund process

  1. Refund requests along with the reason for the refund must be submitted to contact@radu.link.
  2. Requests will be reviewed within 3 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  4. The processing time for approved refunds may vary by payment provider, and it may take up to 14 business days.

3. Refund Policy: Framer Templates

3.1 Refund eligibility

Digital products (Framer templates) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

  • Technical incompatibility with the current version of Framer (must be reported within 14 days of purchase);
  • The product significantly differs from advertised features;
  • Access issues (not received or corrupted files);
  • Duplicate purchases (verified through transaction records).

3.2 Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products that have been accessed;
  • Change of mind or no longer needed;
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the product;
  • Compatibility issues with third-party plugins or software;
  • Purchase of wrong template or component;
  • Issues that appeared from the modifications of the original files.

3.3 Refund process for Framer templates

  1. Submit a refund request to contact@radu.link within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Include:
    • Order number;
    • Reason for the refund;
    • Proof of technical issues (if applicable);
    • Confirmation that products haven’t been accessed and edited.
  3. Response Timeline:
    • Initial response within 2 business days;
    • Refund processing time: up to 14 business days.

4. Currency and Exchange Rates

  • Refunds will be processed in the original transaction currency.
  • I am not responsible for exchange rate differences.
  • Bank charges or transaction fees are non-refundable.

6. Policy Changes

  • I reserve the right to modify this refund policy.
  • Changes will be effective upon posting them.
  • Existing purchases will be honored under the policy in effect at the time of the purchase.
