• Functionality and Infrastructure Optimization: Netlify hosting;
• Web Analytics: Google Analytics with anonymized IP;
• Advertising: Google AdSense.

4.3 In addition to the specific disclosures of personal data set out in this Section 4, Radu.link may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which I am subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person. Radu.link may also disclose your personal data where such disclosure is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure.

5. International transfers of your personal data

5.1 In this Section 5, I provide information about the circumstances in which your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

5.2 The hosting facilities for my Website are situated in the USA. If you are accessing the Website from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by those third parties with whom Radu.link may share your personal information, in United States, and other countries. 

5.3 Transfers to the USA will be protected by appropriate safeguards, namely the use of standard data protection clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission.

6.4 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 6, Radu.link may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which Radu.link is subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
